Watermelon and Corn Salad
This dish is basically Call Me Maybe in salad form. Nothing makes me happier. Ingredients: Watermelon Corn cut off the cob Sliced mint Feta (optional) Salt as needed Use a simple dressing like this: 3 tablespoons EVOO 2 ½ teaspoons balsamic vinegar ¼ teaspoon soy sauce ½ teaspoon kosher salt
