Binnycooks is the tropical paradise chosen for the destination wedding of Mr. Online Rantings and Ms. Amateurish Recipes. They’re a very happy couple. Unfortunately, they hired a third grader to take the photos.
After a 3 month stint at the Ballymaloe Cookery School in Co.Cork, Ireland, a 20 month soiree at a busy farm-to-table restaurant in the self-proclaimed “Greatest City in America” (hint: Baltimore, MD), and a 4 month shin-dig at a food magazine outside Boston, I find myself freelance writing and catering while gallivanting around the East Coast.
When I’m not ranting online diatribes, I love to read, walk, play Scrabble, and eat. My other hobbies include drinking cocktails and laughing at my own jokes.
